My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we will explore your inner world, uncovering patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, to better understand how they shape your current experiences. I am also trained in more structured approaches, including Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and may thoughtfully integrate treatment modalities to provide care that is tailored to your needs.
Some issues in life feel too difficult to face alone. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where we can sit with challenges together, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
