My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am also trained in more structured approaches, including Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and may thoughtfully integrate treatment modalities to provide care that is tailored to your needs.

I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we will explore deeply held patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Treatment for depression can help you move through feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and despair. Many adults experience low motivation, emotional numbness, or difficulty finding pleasure in daily life. These experiences are symptoms — not a reflection of who you are. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of these feelings and work toward greater insight, clarity, healing, and change.
